a. Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their subscription at any time by following the cancellation process outlined in our system.
b. Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a client's account for violations of these ToS or for any other reason, at its sole discretion.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these ToS or the services provided shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association in the UK. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
7. Limitation of Liability
a. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our coaching services. Success depends on various factors, including the client's efforts and commitment.
b. No Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and it is the client's responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
